service issues detract from the stay

delayed ironunclear guidance
The requested iron did not arrive promptly. i contacted reception multiple times, both by phone and in person, yet it took seven hours for the iron to be delivered to my room. such a delay is unacceptable and significantly inconvenienced my plans. there was also a lack of clear guidance regarding seating at breakfast. The staff did not explain the seating arrangement or the location of items, causing unnecessary frustration during a busy period.

This hotel is very close to the train station. I walked two minutes. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. I used the gym and the shower before a train ride.

Really good Stay Near Central Station

The hotel has an excellent location adjacent to the main railway station. Reaching any part of the city proved simple due to efficient public transportation. Reception was quick, friendly, and helpful. This added to the convenience. My room was immaculate with an excellent setup. I found the bathroom well-organized, it used the space well. The shower was very good.
I found that the housekeeping staff missed cleaning my room on the last day. the staff at the front desk did not show much understanding when addressing my concerns.

The location IS convenient for train travel because it is next to the central station. I borrowed an umbrella for a walk on a rainy day. A casual restaurant is across the street if you want drinks and a meal.
The bathroom lacked a lock and had no privacy. There was a huge window, and the door did not offer much coverage. I was not told that I could take items from the minibar for free.
